Incredible sunrise after the full moon

We rose to meet the sun yesterday, and what a glorious meeting it was! 

 

The golden-red light of the sunrise affected everything for a few minutes, and it felt magical, as if we were living in a beautifully illustrated fairy tale.

The beautiful sunrise kicked off an incredibly spring-like day, with the temperature reaching 55 degrees under mostly sunny skies.  The Star of Bethlehem shoots are already an inch out of the ground. 

The groundhog may have predicted an early spring, but the weather man is predicting a winter storm watch for tomorrow.  We'll have to wait and see, but for now, we're thankful for the warm beautiful days this week.  And for the sunrise!
